Great customer service, quick to resolve issues. I purchased a commercial mailbox and newspaper slot. Great quality, easy to install, and I'm sure our postal carrier is happy we finally have a professional, official mailbox!
I purchased a slot and box from Security Mailbox. It came promptly and was exactly what I ordered. Do to architectural changes it had to be returned. Brad was courteous and efficient in handling it. I will be purchasing another model from them with no hesitation. I highly recommend the company.
